Account access
- Create a game login at registration.
- If you can sign in and know your current password, manage it on the account page.
- If you forgot the password, begin at account recovery. A reset link is sent only to the account’s verified email address.
- Read account safety before sharing any account details.
Never send anyone your password, PIN, PIC, or recovery link. An inaccessible or unverified email address cannot bypass ownership proof.
Connection problems
Check the live world status on the play page before reinstalling. Help and news remain available while the game is offline.
If the world is online but the client cannot connect, follow connection and troubleshooting. Do not disable antivirus protection or add exclusions.

Report a problem
For a reproducible in-game problem, use @reportbug. Include:
- the time and your character, job, and level;
- the map, NPC, quest, item, or boss involved;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead; and
- the exact visible error text, without secrets.
Never include passwords, PINs, PICs, recovery links, or personal account, network, or device details. Keep screenshots limited to the problem itself. If you cannot enter the game, keep these non-sensitive details ready and follow the connection guide above.
